    Rude service! Walked into Stefmar Mt. Annan with my wife and baby in pram to pick out some koi for our new pond... The attendant shouted rudely at us from the counter because we touched the pond water. The koi fish were hiding under the waterfall and we couldnt see them in order to choose which ones we wanted. Went to the koi farm at Bringelly and bought dozens of fish probably cheaper anyway. Won't spend another cent with Stefmar in future.

    Been in this shop a number of times don't get anything but good service if idiots come into the shop and put their hands in the water for the koi I would probably show them the door some people just walk around without a brain...but the guys that work their are nothing but helpful to me :)

    Use to be really cheap, but now is more expensive than pet barn. No point going there anymore.

    Very dissapointed looked online got a price for a dog food came to the store only to find they were more expensive than quoted price. Wouldnt price match. Wont be back im afraid
